Most items in original condition may be returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery for a full merchandise refund. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition. The condition of returned merchandise will be determined by our criteria.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees equal to the original shipping charges will be charged to all returns.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: To start the return process, call us at (916)488-3480 and we’ll promptly provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise for a refund or exchange. We will also provide you with a Return Merchandises Authorization (RMA) number for each return, which is valid for fourteen (14 days). The valid RMA number must be included with your return along with the original sales slip in order to assure proper credit. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RMA number.
DAMAGED ITEMS & SHORTAGE CLAIMS: Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within three (3) days of delivery by calling (916)488-3480.

Sales Taxes. State Laws require companies to collect sales tax from residents of the state where the company has established offices. Star Tech Intl. main office and warehouse are in CA. We are therefore required to collect taxes on orders shipped to locations in the State of CA.
Miscellaneous. Star Tech Intl. failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement Star Tech Intl. may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
